Well, I don't quite understand what happened but now U7 voltage is around +/-15V after I build the Master section. I have socketed U7 but I tested voltage again without IC in place and voltage is good. All other IC voltages have been correct. Polarity of C88 & C89 are correct. So it seems that I...
