Repair Yocto - im looking for somebody LONDON BASED who can undertake yocto repair (sequencer problem)

Im sort of ...confused?? Does it mean that Yoctos MIDI OUT can NOT send midi notes? I just connected for first time MIDI OUT to record pattern on computer DAW and Im not getting any note on midi out... Is that correct? so what is MIDI OUT for then? only for midi sync out? and how to backup patterns ...

I just connected 15V AC Transformer

+5.1 ok
+14.7 ok
but
-17.3 ??!! thats out of tolerance, isn't it?

is it possible that by connecting previously (by mistake) DC power adaptor instead of AC Transformer
I damaged Negative Voltage Regulator IC5 (7915) ?
or some other component?
