Re: is firmware public ?

For everyone who has not done lot of Arduino work (like me) here's something you need to know. https://github.com/maniacbug/mighty-1284p Those hardware profiles do not work with the latest version of the Arduino IDE. Although the github -page says it's versions bigger than 1.0. So grab a something l...

how long time it took you to complete it?
(Ive just done master)
It took a while, but I did one drum sound per evening (2-3 hours). So I think all and all it took over 50 hours. I honestly did not count.

Re: [RESOLVED] High tom issue

I just had the other end of the resistor R285 soldered to some hole that it should not have been soldered (to the left from the other end). God damn these rookie mistakes. But it's all good. Now I have great sounding working Yocto!

And It does not matter if the source code is messy. The community will make it even better!

Thanks juicyboy for this tip
No problem. I asked this same question when I first started building :)

Re: power supply problem (no -15) SOLVED ???

Your power section works perfectly now. Negative regulator needs a little load to start working.
You can put like 2,1k resistor there and then measure.

Re: [UNRESOLVED] High tom issue

It was that the capasitors were wrong in the sequencer. They were in the hihat and I changed the capasitors and sequencer started to work. So I think that the clock (crystal) was not stable for the Atmega because of the wrong capasitors. Now everything else works but the high tom. I can hear a littl...

[RESOLVED] High tom issue

I recently got Yocto soldered and now I'm stuck with the sequencer. I cannot even get the EEPROM initialized. - IC1 pin 9 gets +5V - I have measured continuity from IC1 to every other IC in the sequencer -> OK - I have measured continuity of the ICs that are in series -> OK - Every button press gets...

Did this same stupid mistake. Did you change the op amp or was it ok? Anything else broken?
