I had the same problem because I could still hear the sound coming from the main output.

I'm having a similar problem, I think you should check the circuit very carefully for cold solder joints, cracks. It seems annoying. Hope to fix it with you soon.

I also had a similar problem. If you are unable to repair via computer (via SYSEX) Yocto, you should take it to a repair shop to fix it in person.
