Hello fellow builders from the future! I checked my unbalanced output issue and measured the pot - turns out my pot is just about 10% off in the lower regions. Mäh. So I did this to env2 and env3 after listening to the "stock" NAVA Snare and I actually liked some of the tonal qualities of the longer snaredrum. I think it is a little too "tight" now - any different values I could try or what trimmer would you recommend?

Okay so here is the Update: I made another Init Eeprom attempt and all the patterns are normal now. Yay! There are some solder joints super close in the Crash / Ride section that are not meant to have continuity so fixing two joints got my Cymbals working yayyy! This whole debugging thing turned int...

Noticed! Sorry for the misinformation. C59 (0,UF) seems to be missing aswell tho as it does not even appear in the BOM?
