Turned out to be a faulty multimeter! Power supply is all good.

Hey there, I've just started building my NAVA and I've run into some issues with the power supply. Firstly the 0.1uF capacitors weren't sent to me, so I ordered some others (from here: https://www.jaycar.com.au/100nf-50vdc-ceramic-capacitors-pack-of-2/p/RC53600), which I think are similar to the one...

Have you had any luck finding an Australian one?
That was my understanding of how current worked, but when I plugged in a 2.5mA power supply it blew a diode...
