I've stupidly started building the Yocto 2 without following the assembly guide and only now got to testing what I've built. I've finished the whole IO board, but I'm measuring 18.35v where I should be getting 15v, and I'm only measuring 1.5v between J10 pin1 GND and pin8 5v. I've checked and double...

Thank you for this post, bsas. I'm almost finished building my Yocto2 (just waiting for a couple more components to arrive) and I'd love to add some mods as well, once I've been able to verify everything works as it should. I think it's particularly strange that none of the mods have been documented...
