By the way my connections are done on the solder side of the board like in your pics.

Hello Hoffman25, I have just confirmed your diagram and it works. I put Cathode to diode 109 and the Anode to diode 110 from the twisted pair of diodes then the 15v from the transformer to the twisted end, your other wire connections are also correct. Works a treat I'm very happy. Thanks to Jeroenbv...

Check IC5 if it is soldered properly and also check diode orientation as well. IC5 is a 7915 negative voltage regulator. Start with that.
