I just finished my yocto and everything sounds great except for the clap in my opinion. Before I start replacing caps and transistors I have a couple questions regarding the issue if anyone could help.. -When calibrating and turning TM3, if I turn to the right, the clap eventually gets more distorte...

I think I have the same issue, I can hear the trigs leak out of the main output even with everything turned down.

My snare accent doesnt work either, The kick is a bit more quiet than the snare but It could be that the high end click is not in there..
I tested a bad diode and cap in the bd circuit, will update after I replace.

Your pot is probably fine. First check diode and transistor orientation. Then look at the schematic and trace it backwards.
