When pressing both BD (or SD, Toms) buttons a double trigger was send.
Please implement this also.

If someone is interested.
The issue with the BD was a defective 4051N. One output (the BD output) was really low.
I replaced it with the other one, so for the HH the volume was lower than before -> replaced it with a new one -> everything works.
On the SD one M5218L was defective.
