I will get a chance to borrow the original 808 again in a couple weeks. I will measure the pitch range of all the parts then and get back to you.

Yes i thought the same thing - better not to touch the pcb.

When i order the parts and do it, i will test and report back to the group with a photo.

As far as i can tell, in the original 808, there is a separate audio ground and power ground. In the yocto, there is only one ground. I get hum when using the trigger outs. I don't get hum when using unbalanced leads (with no trigger outs used) I do get hum if i used balanced leads (as you would in ...
