Thank you! With another powersupply most of the hum is gone.
There is still some humming depending on the position of cútoff and envelope potentiometers....not a psu problem any more..
You should ground the enclosure also. The circuit will still be a little noisy but this the S-P filter.

I use a larger sized .1uf cap like a green myler from Tayda/eBay then solder a 1/8w 1Mohm resistor in parallel. I then form the leads of the cap to make it fit the foot print. Nice and neat and will not compromise space.
