This may have been a silly question but in case it helps any other newbies like myself, I did end up adding wire headers and connectors on both ends and it worked out really well. Everything still fits in the case and it also provides the flexibility to connect and disconnect the boards as needed.

I'm measuring -14.96 V on pin 4 of all IC points in BD section, and +14.77 on all IC points on pin 8, so I think I'm good there. However on IC12 i'm getting..
