I assume those are 100nF caps, they should :) get around 3 or 5V so you can basically use whatever 100nF you find and solder it in. If you wanna be 100% sure, post the schematic or at least the numbering of your missing caps, that it is easy to say if its right or wrong. PS: 104 stands for 100nF = 1...

just for statistics, I build mine the "normal" way no tweaks with the BA610xx and it is working correctly, nothing getting warm, at least i didnt check but after 1 hour playing it is still working fine, but I did not check for any errors since it worked perfectly, maybe it will occure late...
