Got the same issue, I assume it's normal to have 0V for the 4069 when M5218L aren't soldered cause they seems to provide the power supply for the 4069. But when everything is soldered, i still have low voltages for the 4069 like: Snare: +/- 2.5V LT: +/- 3.5V MT: +/- 3.5V HT: +/- 9V So i'm wondering ...
