For some reason, despite changing the com port the cmd would not find a pathway.

However I need to revisit this. My encoder is not working with v.020 so I need to try and reinstall. Works fine with v.018

I've managed to upload the latest firmware (a long story). This has not fixed the issue I'm having with the high tom. The volume of the tom is exceptionally high and distorted. I'll try and post a sound clip later. Any suggestions and offers of help as to what might be causing this are very welcome....

I'm having problems with the open hihat. It sounds very harsh and almost distorted. The pitch also seems lower than the closed hat. The closed hat and cymbal sound fine.
